Types of articles may be submitted:
 

• Scientific Articles;

• Management Practice Reports;

• Undergraduate Research (Scientific Initiation).

For each category, submission must be made in the format of structured abstract (mandatory), extended abstract (optional) or full paper (optional).

Work format
– Paper size: A4;
– Font: Times New Roman 12;
– Spacing: simple;
– Alignment: justified;
– Margins: Top: 3 cm; bottom: 2 cm; left: 3 cm; right: 2 cm.
– Pagination: insert number of pages in the footer with alignment to the right side;
– Titles in capital letters and subtitles in lowercase letters;
– File format: PDF;
– The paper must contain a maximum of 6 pages (for extended abstract) or 16 pages (for full paper), including the main text, illustrations and bibliographical references;

– Notes: they should not be placed in the footer, but inserted as notes at the end of the text.
– Bibliographic references must be cited throughout the text according to the author-date system, and presented in alphabetical order at the end of the paper, according to APA standards.
– The text must begin with the title followed by the introduction.
